  • The idea: Powersports vehicles are high-ticket, seasonal, and massively underutilized. ThrottleShare lets owners list and earn, while riders get verified local rentals without the cost of ownership — a true unlock for an industry the car-rental giants never touched.
  • The design: Clean, rider-first UX with real-time availability, verified owner profiles, integrated Stripe Connect payouts, trip insurance logic, in-app messaging, and a native mobile experience via Capacitor for iOS and Android.
  • The rollout: Deployed on Railway with live Stripe keys in production, IL DBA filed under Deer Track Design LLC, dealership and park-and-fly partnership templates drafted, and a phased 10-state rollout plan starting Florida → Texas → California.
  • The playbook: Dual-sided growth strategy — paid social and SEO for rider demand, direct dealership and enthusiast-forum outreach for supply, and a homepage badge system to build trust through app store presence.

The Short Version

I spent 13 years at State Farm learning how enterprise marketing works from the inside -- managing campaigns for a Fortune 50 brand with 100+ agency partners across every major sports league.

Then I left and built a business from $500K to $5M doing it all myself -- paid media, SEO, email, social, content, CRM. No team. No agency. Just execution.

Now I run Below Zero Media, a digital marketing agency where I build the same systems for local businesses -- websites, reputation management, lead generation, and AI-powered marketing automation.

I also founded and shipped five independent products: ThrottleShare (powersports rental marketplace, live on iOS), Lumenly (AI photo enhancer for listings), Ridgerun (Apple Watch voice coaching platform), SplashLens (AR pool design tool for dealers), and DriftPatrol (compliance diff monitor for law firms) — each built solo from concept to market.
